Amul Srikhand Badam Pista is a semi-soft sweetly sour product prepared from lactic fermented curd is quite popular in the north and western part of India, and is normally served as a dessert. Ingredients

Srikhand is made of chakka, sugar, pista, badam, condiments and different spices. The curd, after it is partially strained through a cloth to remove the whey, produces a solid mass known as chakka.
