    How to Use

 

  • For ordinary purposes, use 1 level teaspoonful of Cookwell Baking Powder (approx 10g) for 450 g. or 3 Teacups of flour.
  • Mix Cookwell baking powder and flour thoroughly in a dry state through a sieve 2 or 3 times.
  • The finished dough should be baked immediately but may be kept in a cool place & backed at leisure.
  • Do not bring a wet spoon in contact with the powder & keep the box tightly closed when not in use.
